These crunchy onion rings are better than any I've ever had before!

I love these onionΒ rings. I make them all the time because they’re just so good and pair perfectly with my ketchup. They’re light and crispy and full of yummy flavor. I dunno what else to say about them – they’re friggan good – make them!

  • 1/4 cup gluten free, nightshade free flour
  • 1 tsp pink himalayan salt
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup alternative milk I used rice milk
  • oil for frying (Coconut)
Instructions
  1. In a small pan, heat up enough oil to submerge the onions. On a plate, add all the dry ingredients and gently stir until it's mixed together. In another dish, add the milk and set aside.

  2. Slice the onions to about 1/4" thickness. Gently place them in the milk and then dip them into the flour mixture one at a time. Put them in the hot oil and fry for about 2-3 mins or until crispy. Repeat until all your rings are fried and enjoy immediately!
