These donuts are super simple. Very few ingredients and require little effort. Quick to make and store or take on the go. Allergy-friendly and delicious. What more could you ask for?

I received this product for free from Moms Meet (momsmeet.com) to use and post my honest opinions. Compensation for this post was provided and this page may contain affiliate links.

That being said, how awesome is it that they sent me all this free stuff!! I’m already a frequent buyer of Boiron products, so this was a perfect pairing! And it’s a great opportunity to release a new recipe and showcase the benefits of Boiron® Acidil® Meltaway Tablets.

With the girls having so many allergies, I always keep their antihistamines on hand. In the car, in my purse, in the kitchen, in their school backpacks. That’s what’s so nice about these Boiron® Acidil® Meltaway Tablets. They are easy to take on the go or at home. And it’s a brand I trust and have used for over 5 years. They’re plant-based, allergy-friendly, and the best homeopathy tablets I have used. They don’t require water or food and you can take them before or after a meal. Basically, you just take them at the first onset of symptoms or if you know you are about to indulge in something that is a known trigger. For me, gluten and dairy are triggers for my body. If I have gluten, my hands and face get swollen and I feel like dookie. If I have minimally processed dairy, I get sick to my stomach.

Some common triggers are:

Nightshades

Citrus foods

Onions

Carbonated drinks

Alcohol

Spicy food

Greasy food

Caffeine

Chocolate

Those are all highly acidic and can cause gut issues, stomach discomfort, gas, bloating, pressure, pain. Luckily for us, Boiron® Acidil® Meltaway Tablets take care of that! They’re not recommended for kids under 12, but we and young adults can take them. I tried them out and I am blown away by the results. I immediately felt better after binging on some nachos.

As for the girls, I know they can’t have standard donuts. Even the gluten-free ones still contain allergens. I have created cake donuts in the past, but my youngest was still allergic to some of the ingredients. I have finally found something that is gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, soy-free, sugar-free, rice-free, nut-free, and sorghum flour-free. Comfort Food Without the Discomfort. Which is really hard to do, lol! You’re not left with a bunch of options and finding the right ratio is tough. Since creating this recipe, I have prolly made it 42 times. Let’s just say they’re obsessed.

Tomorrow I will be hosting a giveaway for the same things I was given, for free! The entire kit values at around $70! Be sure to follow my IG, horsecowmeow, for updates!
