So, I didn’t blend this after I simmered it down – I kinda like the extra texture, but you can doΒ whatever you wantΒ and blend or not. Ozzie (my 15mo old) ate it 2 days in a row! I’m pretty sure it’s her new favorite food.
Chocolate N'Oatmeal (Paleo, Gluten Free, Grain Free, Vegan)
A chocolatey grain-free alternative to oatmeal

Ingredients
- 2 cups spaghetti squash noodles pre cooked
- 1 cup chocolate hemp milk
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla bean powder
Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce the heat to a simmer and cover with a lid that allows moisture to escape or set it ajar.

Cook 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

You can serve as is or put in a blender for a smoother texture.
