I love the subtle nutty taste with a hint of vanilla. Hemp milk really gives it the best flavor.
Typically, I don’t eat breakfast. When I made this, it was actually for lunch! You can make it whatever time of day you want. Who cares! It’s friggan delicious and sometimes a bowl of oatmeal hits the spot.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups hemp milk
- 1 cup filtered water
- dash of pink himalayan salt
- 1 tsp vanilla bean powder
Instructions

In a medium saucepan, bring the water to a boil and add the rest of the ingredients. Simmer for 10-15 mins or until the desired texture is reached.

Top with Enjoy Life chocolate chips, pure maple syrup, or fresh fruit for a yummy breakfast!
