Stew Seasoning Mix

This is a versatile spice blend for most soups or stews.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp basil dried
  • 2 tbsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp oregano dried
  • 1 tbsp parsley dried
  • 1 tsp rosemary dried
  • 2 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp celery seed
  • 1 tbsp smoked sea salt
  • 3/4 cup gluten free, nightshade free flour or any gluten free flour
  • 1/4 cup tapioca starch or arrowroot

Instructions

  1. Stir all ingredients together. Store in an airtight jar.
