Even I was shocked at how delicious this smoothie is. I thought maybe the celery would be too overpowering, but I was wrong. Everything goes together perfectly and tastes super delicious.
I’ve been feeling really blah lately and I needed a good detox smoothie. Cucumber and celery is really good at flushing toxins, parsley is good at removing heavy metals, and collagen and salt gives the added protein and mineral boost. Not to mention the natural B vitamins for some extra energy.

- 3 stalks celery
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 apple halved
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 cup carbonated water
- 1 tsp collagen
- 1/4 tsp himalayan salt
