Easy to make, doesn't require a lot of ingredients, and super filling!
I made this recipe a few a couple of years ago and have made it quite a few times since. You can mix up the spices with whatever you like. If you can tolerate nightshades, you can use smoked paprika and cumin for a more mexican flavor. Or you could add basil and thyme for more aromatics.
As most of my posts have shown, I don’t like to get into the chatty longwinded parts of how and why I made something. I just like to get straight to the recipe.ย Since this is such an easy recipe, I’ll spare you a long post ๐
Roasted Cauliflower Bites

Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp pink himalayan salt
- 1 tsp ground mace
- 1/2 tsp marjoram
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast divided
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Take one head of cauliflower and chop it into bite-sized pieces. In a medium-sized bowl, mix in cauliflower and olive oil so it is evenly coated.

Mix in the rest of the ingredients, saving half of the nutritional yeast for halfway through cooking,

Evenly spread out the cauliflower on a baking sheet and bake for 15 mins. Flip the bites and add the rest of the nutritional yeast and bake for another 15 mins. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce or by themselves.
