It's crazy how naturally vibrant dragon fruit is. Without even altering the picture, it's still a super vivid fuschia.
Smoothie bowls are easy peasy. For this one, I blended a package of frozen dragon fruit that I bought from Sprouts in the freezer section. I don’t like my smoothie bowls to be super soupy so I didn’t add any milk. If you want it less dense, you can add alternative milk or water. Then I topped it with frozen blueberries, yummy frozen cherries, and organic sprouted oat vanilla granola. Soooooooo good.
