This is one of my go-to's when I'm in a pinch
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Cut squash in half and scoop out the insides.
Pour the water on a baking sheet and place the squash cut side down and cover with foil.
Bake for 50-60 mins or until soft and squishy.
30 minutes before the squash is finished, cook the rice according to the instructions and set aside.
Brown the ground beef in a large skillet and add the cumin and basil.
Add the milk, salt, and arrowroot and stir until combined.
Mix the rice into ground beef.
Once the squash has cooled enough to handle, turn them over and add the mixture into the center.
Sprinkle with nutritional yeast and enjoy!
