I love eating this with plantain chips or spreading a heaping pile on some GF/EF bread. Yummmmsville
This is always a huge hit whenever I make it. It’s the yummiest guac I’ve ever made. Although I do like my mouth being on fire from hot peppers, my girls can’t have them and I know a lot of people with nightshade allergy/intolerances can’t – so this is the perfect alternative without making it bland and boring. It’s super flavorful!

Nightshade Free Guacamole (Paleo, AIP, Vegan)
I used yummy plantain chips to dip! This guacamole is irresistible!
Course:
Side Dish
Ingredients
- 6 organic avocados
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp alderwood smoked sea salt
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 small sweet onion diced
Instructions
-
Add all ingredients to a bowl and mash together. I use a potato masher and it works amazing. That way you don't over mash. I like to have mine super chunky ๐ Will keep covered in the fridge for 4-5 days.
