It's cool, refreshing, crunchy, and has just enough sweet and saltiness to it to hit every one of your tastebuds.
I named this Greens and Seeds slaw because, “Everything I Was Craving at the Time” didn’t feel as catchy. That’s really all this is and it turned out to be really good. Even my 14mo loved it. This would be a great side to take to a BBQ this summer. It’s cool, refreshing, crunchy, and has just enough sweet and saltiness to it.
Greens and Seeds Slaw

A healthy slaw that's crunchy, sweet, and salty.

Ingredients
- 1 bag shredded broccoli slaw (I bought from Sprouts)
- 2 stalks celery chopped
- 1/2 heaping cup bean sprouts
- 1/2 cup organic dried cranberries
- 1/3 cup salted & roasted pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup radishes (about 3 or 4 depending on size) sliced
For the dressing
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp garlic
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
Instructions

Add the bag of broccoli slaw to a large bowl then add the rest of the ingredients and toss together.

In a mason jar, add all the ingredients for the dressing and shake vigorously.

Pour as much as desired and serve.
