Greens and Seeds Slaw

A healthy slaw that's crunchy, sweet, and salty.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag shredded broccoli slaw (I bought from Sprouts)
  • 2 stalks celery chopped
  • 1/2 heaping cup bean sprouts
  • 1/2 cup organic dried cranberries
  • 1/3 cup salted & roasted pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup radishes (about 3 or 4 depending on size) sliced

For the dressing

  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp garlic
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Add the bag of broccoli slaw to a large bowl then add the rest of the ingredients and toss together.

  2. In a mason jar, add all the ingredients for the dressing and shake vigorously.

  3. Pour as much as desired and serve.
