Roasted Cauliflower Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp pink himalayan salt
  • 1 tsp ground mace
  • 1/2 tsp marjoram
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast divided

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

    Take one head of cauliflower and chop it into bite-sized pieces. In a medium-sized bowl, mix in cauliflower and olive oil so it is evenly coated.

  2. Mix in the rest of the ingredients, saving half of the nutritional yeast for halfway through cooking,

  3. Evenly spread out the cauliflower on a baking sheet and bake for 15 mins. Flip the bites and add the rest of the nutritional yeast and bake for another 15 mins. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce or by themselves.
