Matcha Chia Pudding with Berries

Overnight pudding is easy and delicious for on the go meals!

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup hemp milk or any alternative milk
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 1 dollop coconut milk cool whip I use So Delicious brand
  • blueberries and goji berries to garnish

Instructions

  1. Add the chia seeds, hemp milk, and matcha powder together in a glass and stir. Leave in the fridge overnight. When ready to eat, add a dollop of the coconut whip, top with berries and enjoy!
