Chocolate N'Oatmeal (Paleo, Gluten Free, Grain Free, Vegan)

A chocolatey grain-free alternative to oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 2 cups spaghetti squash noodles pre cooked
  • 1 cup chocolate hemp milk
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean powder

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce the heat to a simmer and cover with a lid that allows moisture to escape or set it ajar. 

  2. Cook 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. 

  3. You can serve as is or put in a blender for a smoother texture.

  4. Super yummy with dried or frozen fruit!
