Easy, versatile detox waters you can have any time of the day!
These are so easy to create, I don’t even need to make a recipe for them. All you need to have in a container for water (preferably glass) that you can add a couple tablespoons of chia seeds too. I love using Voss water bottles or the berkey portable glass bottle. You can slice up some lemons, add some dried lavender, maybe some fresh or frozen berries, and let it sit overnight in the fridge.
For morning drinks, I like to use lemon, cucumber, mint, parsley, or strawberries. All of them have great detoxifying effects and help flush the body of toxins and get the metabolism going to help promote weight loss. The omegas and natural vitamins in the chia seeds are great for a morning energy boost as well.
