Cauliflower has so many wonderful uses! I love making gravy, cheese sauce, thickeners for anything, and now using it as a rice substitute. I’ve made this before with beef and it’s just as tasty, but my 1yo LOVES it with bison. She went nutso for it. I have practiced baby led weaning with my kids...
